Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QR Menu ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including restaurant owners, staff members, and customers who place orders through QR Menu.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Service Description

QR Menu is a SaaS platform that enables restaurants to create digital menus, generate QR codes for table ordering, manage orders in real-time, and streamline kitchen operations.

The Service includes menu management tools, QR code generation, order processing, kitchen display systems, analytics, and customer-facing ordering interfaces.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

User Accounts

Registration

Restaurant owners must create an account to use QR Menu. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of menu information, including item names, descriptions, prices, allergen information, and availability.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety standards, health codes, business licensing, and tax obligations.

You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through QR Menu in a timely manner and maintaining quality standards for food preparation and service.

Restaurants must handle customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers using QR Menu to place orders agree to provide accurate information and pay for orders placed through the platform.

Customers must not misuse the Service, including attempting to manipulate prices, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with restaurant operations.

Any disputes regarding food quality, order accuracy, or service should be resolved directly with the restaurant.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Restaurant subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Late Payments

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in service suspension or termination. Outstanding balances may be subject to collection efforts.

Intellectual Property

QR Menu and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your menu content, images, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the right to use all content uploaded to QR Menu and that such content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

QR Menu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items offered by restaurants, the accuracy of restaurant listings, or the ability of restaurants to fulfill orders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR Menu, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period, though some information may be retained as required by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
